Pain Relief for the Biceps / Triceps

Body Region: Biceps / Triceps
Conditions Associated with TPs: Muscle weakness, upper arm pain, wrist and hand pain and weakness
General Symptoms: Pain or discomfort upon activity with the muscle region
Common Causal Activities: Overuse or Repetitive Stress Injury (RSI) or following trauma
Anatomy Picture:
Self Care: Pressing with the thumb or fingers, fingertip pinching or flat finger squeezing works well in this region. Using a hook tool for the triceps behind the upper arm is good. However, hooking the fingers as a tool can be just as effective. Make sure you check for TPs in the shoulder under and behind the armpit and in the Pectoralis muscles. See Detailed Instructions.
